How has 2022 been for Nexonya?
Although we have left behind the hot agenda of the pandemic and re-adapted to the new normal process, when we look back, we remember that we had to spend a considerable period in our homes. Spending more time at home made us question our comfort zones again. Many factors such as residences with gardens, large living spaces, and sometimes the preference of locations away from the crowds. affected the dynamics of the industry. Our homes have become both our social living spaces and sometimes our workplace. We also offer alternative structures both in the city and in nature for the needs of our users. we offer. In this context, I can say that 2022 is a very productive year for our company. The year 2022 was a year in which we laid the foundations of our new projects. The construction work of Element 2, which is the second phase of our project, continues at full speed. Fergana, which has a construction area of 38 thousand square meters, will be built on a land of 8 thousand 617 square meters. 11 blocks in the project While there are 240 flats in total, the blocks will rise as 10 floors in a horizontal architectural concept. In this project, according to the needs of our users; We offer a total of 240 apartments with 2+1, 3+1 and 4+1 residence options. Our Bonega Beylerbeyi project, on the other hand, is preferred with its view overlooking the Bosphorus. Our residential project, which is a boutique concept, consists of 2 duplex and 3 normal floors; It will be built as ground + 6 floors.

In our villa projects; The foundations of Sapanca Lake Villas, our luxury villa project with panoramic lake view in Sapanca, were laid. Again, we find another very stylish villa project in Reşadiye, one of the most niche areas of Istanbul. Azure Work continues at full speed at the construction site of our Villas project. We are also implementing our Northern Villas project in Şile.
